Master data that drives the annual purchasing plan

Challenge
Buying decisions for the PoundMax own-brand line and the Casio range were spread across four data sources and years of separate spreadsheets.
Approach
Unified master datasets: 2,900+ Casio models consolidated from four sources into one reference table, and three years of PoundMax sales, stock and warehouse data merged into a single planning view.
Outcome
The annual PoundMax purchasing plan for a 50+ model line is now built directly from the unified data, including supplier lead times, instead of estimates.
AI agents

AI sales agents, from copilot to autonomous

Challenge
A contracted B2B customer base and a prospect pool of 200,000+ companies is more outreach than a small sales team can handle by hand.
Approach
An in-house agent platform that finds and enriches leads, writes outreach, classifies replies and learns from outcomes, across email, WhatsApp and Telegram. Each sales rep gets a copilot that prepares drafts for human approval; the autonomous mode runs on local AI models on our own hardware, so customer data never leaves the company.
Outcome
A virtual member of the sales team working around the clock, in production today, with per-rep copilots on the same platform.
B2B platform

The commerce platform behind our wholesale operation

Challenge
Wholesale buyers need current stock and prices, and manual exports between the ERP and the sales channels could not keep up.
Approach
A live stock and price feed from the Odoo ERP, refreshed every 15 minutes, keeps wolfsohn.de and the connected channels in sync; tiered wholesale pricing and multi-country VAT are handled in the platform.
Outcome
Contracted B2B customers order from an always-current catalogue across 9 European markets.
Compliance & automation

Hourly VAT compliance monitoring

Challenge
Trading across 9 European markets means customer VAT numbers must stay valid; a lapsed number found late becomes a tax problem.
Approach
A monitoring service validates customer VAT IDs against the EU VIES register every hour and alerts the team the moment a number changes, feeding the multi-country compliance process.
Outcome
Compliance issues surface within the hour instead of at filing time.
Market entry

Bringing QCY into the German market

Challenge
Launching an audio brand in Germany takes more than stock: dealership rights, retail channels and visibility have to line up.
Approach
Wolfsohn secured the exclusive QCY authorized dealership for Germany in 2025, exhibited at IFA 2025 in Berlin, and is building out the retail and B2B channels around the range.
Outcome
QCY products sell through Wolfsohn's German channels today, with the channel build-out ongoing.
AI agents

Back-office automation that carries a five-person workload

Challenge
Repetitive back-office work, reporting, data entry and follow-ups, was consuming team time that belongs on customers.
Approach
A dedicated automation agent takes over defined routine processes end to end, built on the same in-house agent platform, with the business logic kept deterministic and the AI only doing the routing.
Outcome
One system now carries the routine workload of roughly five people, and that time goes back into trade.
